摘要
自20世纪70年代以来,植物原生质体培养和体细胞融合操作技术不断趋于精密化、微量化、高效化与多样化.文章侧重于实验操作技术和当前研究热点,对植物原生质体培养和体细胞杂交等关键技术环节的重要研究成果和研究进展进行了综述,并对其在理论和实践上的应用前景及未来发展趋势进行了展望.
Since 1970's,the technique of plant protoplast culture and somatic hybridization gradually trend to precision,profoundness,efficiency and diversification. Emphasized particularly on the techniques of experiment operation and the focuses of recent researches, advances in protoplast culture and somatic hybridization of plants were reviewed in this paper, and their prospects in the applications of theories and practice were also introduced.
