摘要
太极拳作为健身运动的一个项目,已被越来越多的人们所接受,并出现在人们的日常身体锻炼和学校体育教学中.然而,这一古老的健身项目的功理和它对人体功能状态的作用,对好多人来讲并不是完全了解和重视,因此,本文旨在通过对太极拳意、气、形的分析,阐述对人体功能状态的作用,从而使人们更好地掌握和有效地运用这个项目,达到强身健体的目的.
As an item for body-building, the Cninese-Boxing is practiced by more and more people, even in the dedily body-practicing and P. E. teaching in college. However, most people can not entirely understand and lay stress on the functional theory of the ancient body-building item, and the action of the human body's function condition. Therefer, this artide is based on the analysis of sense, breath and appearance during practise and set forth the cution of the human body's fanction condition. Then people can master this item better, and practice effecticely. It is the purpose that people can build their bodies.
