摘要
本文通过分析可持续发展的定义与科学内涵,认为地理学应充分发挥自己的优势,在人地关系研究、区域可持续发展、全球环境问题、地理信息技术、可持续发展的教育等方面,为人类社会可持续发展做出应有的贡献.
This paper analyses the definition and scientific Connotation of the Sustainable development It is proposed, that geography should play an important role in the areas of man-land relation ship, regional Sustainable development, global environmental issue, gro-graphic information technique and the education on sustainable development. As a discipline, grography should Conuibute to the Sustainable development of human Society.
