摘要
论述函件列表在扩大科技期刊影响中的作用。以希网网络的函件列表服务器为例 ,介绍函件列表的建立、发送和管理 ,以期为拓展科技期刊的网络发展空间提供有效的途径。
The mailing list can expand the influence of sci tech periodicals. As an example in the mailing list server of cn99, the creation, delivery and management of mailing list are introduced. An effective method for expanding the network space of sci tech periodicals is provided.
