摘要
公平与效率是高等教学研究的热门课题,众说纷纭。在教学实践中,受客观环境限制,事实上也存在公平原则及其如何落实的问题。公共英语教学属于高等院校各学科教学中实践性、学生参与性、教学双方互动性比较强的学科专业,因此机会均等性的要求相对较高。实践证明,将网络技术导入公共英语教学是解决这一问题较好的手段之一,既是可行的,也是必要的。
Equity and Efficiency are the hot topics in the field of teaching research at colleges and universities which lead to various opinions. Actually,in teaching practice,there exist the equal principal and the problem of how to realize it. Public English teaching is more practical,students-participating,mutual-promoting than any other subject teaching at colleges and universities,therefore it needs more equal chances. Practice shows that in order to better solve the problem of equity,it is necessary and indispensable to adopt network technology in public English etaching.
