对中小型变压器企业而言,面对激烈的市场竞争,对外扩张、全面提升企业竞争力是必然选择,本文通过行业环境分析、企业战略能力的价值链分析和对外扩张条件分析,提出了对外扩张的模式和战略要点。
In face of fierce market competition,external expanding and promoting enterprise competitiveness overall is an ineluctable choice for small and medium sized transformer enterprise.The paper analyses industry environment,strategic ability of enterprise and condition of external expanding,then put forward expanding model and strategic point.
