文章对苏州市历年来利用外资的方式和投向作了回顾,指出了利用外资中还存在的问题,提出了利用外资在方式和投向方面的建议。
The article reviews the ways and the structure of the foreign capital utilization in Suzhou previous years,points out the problems during the foreign capital using and puts forward the propsals.
