摘要
该文对以法律制约权力,以权力制约权力,以权利制约权力,以道德制约权力等几种权力制约的方法;从思想的层面,制度的层面和现实的层面进行分析,指出它们各自的特点。并总结各自的特点,最后得出结论认为,就我国的实际而言,监督和制约行政权力的最佳方法是大力加强法制建设。
The essay analyses some sorts of restrictions from people's thoughts social system and the reality;it emphasizes authority restricted by law,authority restricted by authority,authority restricted by authority and authority restricted by morals.It also points out the characteristics of each restriction,gives out a conclusion about their own characteristics in the end,this article makes a general idea that the beat way of supervising and restricting administrative authority is to strengthen the construction of law system.
