摘要
以人工气候箱内培养的西洋参为材料,研究了西洋参光合日变化及其与内生节奏的关系。结果表明,在相对恒定的光、温、湿条件下,各生育期西洋参叶片的光合日变化表现出下午(13:30~17:30)低于上午(7:30~11:30)的规律,即呈日下降变化。长时间(36h)连续光照下叶片光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)也表现日高夜低的规律,光照后Pn、gs和Tr逐渐增加,约10:00达到高峰,下午逐渐下降,午夜最低,翌日又开始上升,说明西洋参光合日变化与植株内生节奏调节有关。
The diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate and the relationship with the internal rhythm in leaves of Panax quinquefolium were studied using Panax quinquefolium grown under environmental chamber as materials. The results are as follows. Net photosynthetic rate(Pn) in the afternoon (13: 30~17:30) was lower than that in the morning(7:30~11:30) during a day. Under the 36hour consecutive illumination, the changes of Pn, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate showed diurnal regulation. They increased from the beginning of illumination and reached the maximum at 10 am while in the afternoon they decreased gradually until the minimum at midnight, and increased again the next day. These results showed diurnal changes of Pn of Panax quinquefolium may be related to its internal rhythm.
