摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术,分析了远志药材中的挥发性成分。气相色谱共分离出55种化合物,经与质谱标准图谱比较,检索出18种化学成分,含量较高的为己酸、苯乙酸、n-十六烷酸、硬脂酸、甲氧基-4-乙烯基苯酚和十六烷酸-1,1-二甲羟基甲酯,相对百分含量分别为21.52%、6.19%、4.00%、3.09%、1.94%和1.40%。
The chemical constituents of volatile oil from Polygala tenuifolia Wild.were analyzed by GC-MS-Computer technology. About 55 compounds in all were found,among them 18 compounds were identified with the computer standard spectra.Six constituents showed relatively higher quantity:hexanoic acid,phenylethy alcohol, n-hexadecanoic acid,octadecanoic acid, 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol,hexadecanoic acid and 2-hydroxy-1(hydroxy methyl) ethyl ester,whose relatively quantity was 21.52%,6.19%,4.00%,3.09%,1.94% and 1.40%,respectively.
