在全面分析辛安500kV系统启动方案的基础上,阐述了大型500kV系统启动应遵循的一般原则,提出了做好500kV系统工程启动采取的相应措施。
After overall analyzing the startup plan of Xin'an 500 kV system, the general principles for large 500 kV system startup should be followed. In addition to the appropriate measures should be taken during a 500 kV system startup, the experiences and method used in Southern Hebei Power Network are also introduced.
