综合分析了电网操作和新设备投运等多种过渡方式下继电保护的效能和特殊问题,有针对性地提出了过渡方式下有关各类保护的使用方式和注意事项。
The functions and special problems of relay protection when power network is in interim state, such as during switching, putting new equipment in service or other transitional conditions, are comprehensively analyzed. The application methods and precautions related to various protections in system interim states are proposed.
