摘要
研究半导体中的多维流体力学模型在球的外部区域上的整体光滑的渐进行为,证明了其依指数形式收敛到稳态解的特性.
In this paper, we study the asymptotic behavior of the global spherically symmetric smooth solutions to the initial boundary value problem for the multidimensional hydrodynamic model for semiconductors in the exterior domain. We prove that the solution of the problem converges to a stationary solution time asymptotically exponentically fast.
