磺酰脲类除草剂和芳氧苯氧基丙酸类除草剂相互作用机理的研究 被引量:2

Initial study on interaction mechanism of sulfonyolurea herbicides and aryloxy-phenoxy propionic acid herbicides

摘要 芳氧苯氧基丙酸类除草剂千金和磺酰脲类除草剂草克星、农得时混用对稗草存在拮抗现象;对狼巴草、扁秆表草、慈菇无拮抗现象.千金处理3d后使用草克星、农得时可避免拮抗现象.与草克星单用相比,两类除草剂混合处理后,稗草体内部分游离态氨基酸及其衍生物含量下降幅度变小,而个别氨基酸含量却反弹上升;总的脂肪酸含量不出现反弹现象,但除了软脂酸以外,硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸含量比千金单用时有所提高. The mixture of aryloxy-phenoxy propionic acid herbicide cyhalofop-butyl and sulfonyolurea herbicide bensulfuron-methyl or pyrazosulfuron-ethyl existed antagonism to Echinochloa Crusgali(L.) Beauv. but no antagonism to Bidens Tripartital L.,Scirpus Planiculmis Fr.Schmidt and Sagittaria sagittifolia L.. The antagonism could be avoided if treated the cyhalofop-butyl firstly and then treated the pyrazosulfuron-ethyl or bensulfuron-methyl three days later. The decreasing range of part free state amino acids and their derivants in Echinochloa.Crusgali(L.) Beauv. became less and the contents of individual free state amino acids and their derivants rebounded if treated with the mixture of the two kinds herbicides compared with the treatment of pyrazosulfuron-ethyl; the total content of aliphatic acid didn't rebound except the palmitic acid, the content of stearic acid, oleic acid, linolic acid and linoleic acid improved if treated with cyhalofop-butyl independently.
