摘要
在储藏小麦和玉米的高大平房仓进行了为期一年多的温度检测 ,将测温区划分为粮堆“热皮”测点区和“冷心”测点区 ,对粮堆“冷心热皮”现象给予描述 ,分析了在气温和仓温变化的影响下粮堆“热皮”和“冷心”温度的变化规律 ,组建了气温、仓温、“热皮”和“冷心”粮温变化的数学模型。研究结果表明全年的气温、仓温和“热皮”温度数学模型为二次方程。“冷心”温度的数学模型为直线方程。说明外界气温影响仓温非常明显 ,对粮堆“热皮”区域温度影响也非常明显 ,而对粮堆“冷心”区域影响很小。在相同的条件下 ,玉米和小麦粮堆的“热皮”温度变化稍有差异 ,两者的“冷心”温度差异较大 ,这与玉米和小麦粮堆的物理特性不同有关。
The temperature of stored wheat and corn has been detected for more than one year in large warehouse.The area of grain bulk was divided into two parts for the temperature,one was 'hot lay' temperature area,and the other one was 'cold center' temperature area.The phenomena of 'hot lay and cold center' was characterized.The change law on temperature of 'hot lay' and 'cold center' was revealed under the condition of changes of atmospheric temperature,and temperature of warehouse.The models of them were built.The results indicated that the changes of atmospheric temperature,bin temperalure and 'hot lay' were typical models of quadratic equation(r=0.91~0.96 for wheat,r=0.93~0.98 for corn),and models of 'cold center' was linear equation(r=0.81 and 0.98 for wheat,r=0.98 and 0.99 for corn).It was very evident that the atmospheric temperature impacted greatly on the temperature of the bin temperature and 'hot lay',but little on'cold center'.At the same condition there were a little difference of 'hot lay' temperature change between wheat and corn,the evident difference of 'cold center' temperature occurred between them.It was likely to be a reason,which the difference of physics characteristics exited in the mass of wheat and corn.In the practice of stored grain in large warehouse there were the phenomena of 'hot lay and cold center' extensively and severely.
