摘要
本文首次报道用于艾美耳球虫卵囊测量数据统计学分析的程序。该程序能明显地提高计算速度和数据的准确性，弥补目前广为应用的卵囊测量数据表达方式之不足，为研究人员揭示球虫卵囊长宽之间的内在规律，运用科学的表达方式提供一有力工具。当该程序运行后数秒钟内，计算机便会显示出下列数据：回归方程的截距（ａ），回归系数（ｂ），ｔ值，卵囊大小范围，平均卵囊大小，卵囊长宽比范围与印囊形状指数等。该程序既有很强的针对性，又具备扩展应用范围之潜力。
A program presented here for the first time for statistical analysis of Eimeria oocysts can be applied to upgrade the speed of sadistical work and the accurate of the data considerabaly and to remedy the defects of the prevalent method in oocyst mesurement. The program. as a powerful tool. can be used to reveal the internal relations betWeen the lenths and widths of oocysts and to supply a scientifical expressaion When the program is run, it takes only several seconds for a computer to display the following data: the intercept (a) and regression coefficiwt (b) of a regression equation. the t value, the range of the oocyst dimensions.the mean dimensions of the oocysts. the range of the lengths on widths (length/width),the shape index and so on. This program is very specific to oocyst analysis. In the meantime. its potential of application in other areas is obvvious.
