摘要
研究了塞奥芬(Thiorphan)物质(10^(-9)mol/L~10^(-4)mol/L)可引起离体兔虹膜括约肌的收缩,增强10^(-9)mol/L~10^(-6)mol/L P物质所致的括约肌收缩,其作用不为阿托品所阻断。提示塞奥芬在神经肽P物质参与的瞳孔反应中有调节作用。
Effects of Thiorphan on an in vitro preparation of rabbit iris sphincter muscle were studied. It was found that Thiorphan (10-9-10-4 mol/L) caused a dose-dependent contraction of the sphincter muscle and enhanced the substancer-P-induced sphincter muscle contraction. The effects were not inhibited by atropin. These findings support a modulatory role played by Thiorphan in pupillary response in which neuropeptide-substance P participated.
