摘要
作者应用二维脉冲多普勒,对24例正常新生儿在生后24h、48h、72h以内及1周,连续4次测定大脑前动脉最大血流过度(Vmax),舒张末血流速度(Ved)和升主动脉峰值血流速度(PFVAO)。发现Vmax,Ved,Vmax/PFVAO和Ved/PFVAO随着时间推延而逐渐增高,提示颅内灌注随日龄的增加而逐渐增加。其生后前7天的平均值分别为28.00~43.40cm/s,10.60~16.80cm/s,0.40~0.62和0.16~0.24。PFVAO和大脑前动脉阻力指数(PI)则保持稳定,其平均值分别为68~71cm/s和0.60。
The maximum velocity(Vmax) and end-diastolic velocity(Ved) of the anterior cerebral arteries(ACA) and the peak flow velocity of the ascending aorta (PFVAO)in 24 normal-termed newborns were serially measured on the 1st,2nd,3rd and 7th day of life by the use of two dimensional pulsed doppler echocardiography. It was demonstrated that Vmax,Ved,Vmax/PFVAO,and Ved / PFVAO increased with the increae of age. Mean values increased respectively from 28.0 to 43.4 cm/s,10.6 to 16,8 cm/s,0.40 to 0.62 and .16 to.24 in the first 7 days after birth.the PFVAO and pulsatility indices(PI)in ACA remained were stable,mean values were 68~71 cm/s and 0.6 respectively.
