摘要
如何提高儿童单眼白内障手术以后视力是治疗的中心问题,其中早期手术和术后社视觉康复治疗最为关键。从我们的26例15岁以下单眼白内障患儿临床资料显示:尽管一半以上患儿发现眼疾是在1岁之前,但是仅有4例施行手术;另一方面,术后缺乏合适的无晶体眼矫正和持续的弱视治疗。我们对17例全混浊白内障儿童进行2年的追踪,结果仅有2例进行屈光和弱视治疗,15例先后放弃。
How to improve visual acuity of children with unilateral congenital cataracts after surgery is a key problem in treatment. Above all, early surgery and postoperative visual rehabilitation are of vital importance. Our clinical data of 26 children with unilateral cataracts under the age of 15 show that although more than half of them under 1 year were found to have eye disorder, only 4 underwent surgery. On the other hand, due to lack of appropriate aphakia correction and persistent amblyopia therapy, they failed to regain their functional vision. We have followed-up 17 patients suffering from complete cataracts for 2 years. Only 2 patients were found to have undergone optical correction and amblyopia therapy and the remaining 15 gave up any further treatment successively.
