摘要
本文根据大量野外调查资料与交通事故统计数据,辅以理论分析,建立了城市道路条件与交通事故率之间的关系,并提出了一个城市道路交通安全度评价方法。根据机动车交通饱和度、路面宽度、交叉口间距及非机动车交通量就可确定对交通事故率的综合影响系数K。本文的研究成果在城市道路方案的合理评价和优化设计中有实用意义。
By means of massive field observations and statistics of accident data, accompanied with theoretical analysis, the relation between urban road conditions and traffic accident rate has been established. An evaluating method of urban road traffic safety has been presented. According to the degree of mechanical vehicle traffic saturation, the width of pavement, the distance between two intersections and the traffic volume of non-mechanical vehicles, the combined influence coefficient K on accident rate can be estimated. The results of this paper are of great significance in rational evaluation and optimal design of an urban road project.
