摘要
仲胺和CS_2反应后再与Cu^(2+)生成二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸铜用光度法或原子吸收光谱法测定铜是测定仲胺的常用方法。本文提出用银盐代替铜盐用间接原子吸收光谱测定。由于用原子吸收光谱测定银的灵敏度比铜高,且Ag^+是一价的,在此只生成1∶1的螯合物,而Cu^(2+)则除了1∶2的螯合物外还会生成1∶1的配合物而影响测定。同时由于在此反应中Ag^+ 的摩尔质量比1/2Cu^(2+)大得多,故用AB^+可大大提高测定仲胺的灵敏度。
The formation of cupric dialkyl dithiocarbamate is usually used as the basis for the determination of secondary amine, which is done by means of spectrophotometry or indirect atomic absorption spectrometry after the re-action between secondary amine, carbon disulfide and cupric salt has occ-ured. In this paper, the silver salt instead of cupric salt is proposed. The modified method has at least three advantages:(1)The determination of Ag by AAS is more sensitive than Cu;(2)The molecular weight of Ag is much larger than 1/2 Cu;(3)It can form 1: 1 chelate compound AgDt(where Dt is dialkyl dithiocarbamate)in the case of Ag^+. Otherwise when the Cu^(2+)is used, it can produce not only CuDt_2 but also CuDt^+, which can influence the sensitivity and the linearity of the calibration curve, especially in the low concentration range. Thus, the sensitivity for the determination of secondary amine is greatly increased.
