摘要
本文运用体视显微镜观察了益智仁、草蔻仁,白蔻仁三种种子的立体形态,用电镜扫描观察了三种种子表面纹理。结果:三种种子的立体形态、种脐均不同。体视镜下均可见由种脐至合点方向的平行细密纹,而在平行细密纹上的纹理则各不同。这些不同点可以按条件不同选取作药品鉴别标准。
The paper deals with the micromorphological identification of the seeds of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae, Alpiniae Katsumadai and Amomi compacti. Under the microsope,the shape of the three seeds were observed and under the scanning electron microsope, their shape of hilum and grains of seed coat were also examined. The result showed that the three seeds were quite different both in shape and in grains of seed coat, thus the characteristics of each seed can be considered as the identification standard for these seeds.
