摘要
本文对31例重症肌无力患者进行了唾液淀粉酶活性与D-木糖排泄率测定,结果:重症肌无力脾虚证唾液淀粉酶活性酸刺激前后比值明显低于正常,D-木糖排泄率降低。经强肌健力胶囊治疗以后,二项实验指标明显上升,表明重症肌无力脾虚证有其确切的病理生理学改变,强肌健力胶囊有明显的健脾益气效果。
Salivary amylase activity(SAA) and xylose excretion rate(XER) were tested to explore the correlation between my asthenia gravis (MG) and asthenic spleen. The results showed that ratio of SAA after and before acid stimulation and XER in MG with spleen-asthenia were much lower than those in normal group, and after treatment with Qiang Ji Jian Li Capsule, the indexes of SAA and XER increased obviously. This suggests that there are pathological and physiological changes in MG with spleen-asthenia and Qiang Ji Jian Li Capsule is markedly effective for strengthening the spleen and benefiting qi.
