摘要
CAPP技术是近年来人们借助于计算机进行工艺工作的崭新领域,可解决生产自动化和手工编制工艺规程之间的突出矛盾。由于目前尚未形成完整的CAPP理论体系,阻碍了CAPP技术的迅速推广。 作者认为开发通用的CAPP系统虽然不可能,但不同领域的CAPP系统也存在着共性,并提出了一种具有柔性的CAPP模型。它既具有专家系统的性质,又提供了一个简单有效的CAPP推理机,可大幅度减少应用系统的开发工作量,软件的可移植性、可维护性均得到改善。
CAPP technique is a new research subject in the application ofcomputers to process planning, which can resolve the key contradictionbetween manufacturing automation and manually processed planning.Since there is no prefect CAPP theory up till now, the rapid spread ofCAPP technique is hindered. Although the author considers that it isimpossible to develop a commonly used CAPP system,but there also somegeneralities among specially used CAPP systems.A flexible CAPP modelwith characteristic of expert system is put forward in this paper. Anda simple and effective CAPP inference engine is developed so the workload of developing an applied CAPP system will be cut down greatly,both the transplantation and the maintainance of the software is improved.
