摘要
通过示例来论述从政策变量到目标变量的数学描述及相应政策设计,启示市场运动均衡点的能控性及市场经济宏观调控政策的设计,从而体现出优秀的宏观调控政策设计者和操作者必须也是优秀的控制论专家.
In this paper,the author exemplified the mathematical description from policy variation to goal variation and corresponding policy design,which would offer us knowing how to control property of maketing movement equilibrium point and how to design macroeconomic regulation policies for marketing economics,and embodied the fact that excellent macroeconomic regulation policy designers and operators are also outstanding cybernetic experts.
