摘要
本文分析了ALOHA、时隙ALOHA和时隙CSMA在应答业务与信息业务共用同一信道条件下的吞吐量和时延性能。所考虑的应答业务是由传输协议产生的,从而需重点考虑信息分组与其应答分组在到达时间上的相关性。分析结果表明,不同的应答协议对吞吐量和时延影响有明显的差别。
The throughput and delay performance for ALOHA, slotted ALOHA and slotted non-persistent CSMA, when acknowledgment traffic and information traffic share a common channel, are analyzed The acknowledgment mechanism is assumed to be provided by the transmission protocol instead of high-level protocols. Therefore, the strong correlation between the information traffic and the acknowledgment traffic has to be taken into consideration. The analytic results show that both throughput and delay vary considerably with different acknowledgment mechanisms.
