摘要
目的 探讨应用 MVR刀辅助内界膜剥除治疗特发性黄斑裂孔的可行性和安全性。方法 接受玻璃体切割、内界膜剥除的特发性黄斑裂孔 9例 (10只眼 ) ,其中 6只眼先用一次性 MVR刀在上方视网膜血管弓下沿神经纤维走向轻轻划开内界膜一定长度 ,后用膜镊轻推切缘使内界膜撬起形成内界膜瓣 ,然后环形撕除。结果 所有裂孔均愈合 ,术后早期内界膜剥除区有细小出血点 ,除 1只眼在术后 6个月发生视网膜脱离外 ,视力均较术前增进 2行以上 ,平均较术前增进 3.3行。结论 采用 MVR刀切开内界膜形成内界膜瓣、剥除内界膜方法简单 。
Objective To determine the feasibility and safety of internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling with the microvitreoretinal (MVR) blade for idiopathic macular holes.Methods Nine cases (10 eyes) with idiopathic macular hole underwent vitrectomy and ILM peeling.Of them,six eyes'ILMs were gently incised along with nerve fibers under superior retinal vessel arcus by the tip of the MVR blade,and then the cut edges were thrusted by the end-opening forceps so that ILM flap were finished and ripped circularly.Results All holes healed.Some fine hemorrhagic spots were found at the early phase of postoperation on the ILM deprivation area.Their visual acuity improved two lines or more with an average of 3.3 lines except for one eye appeared retinal detachment 6 months later after operation.Conclusion It is an easy was the ILM flap formed by the MVR blade and ILM peeled readily. [
