摘要
本文综述了肌醇的研究进展,重点介绍了肌醇的功效,应用和生产研究。在结合目前肌醇的生产 和销售状况下,指出利用微生物法生产肌醇是肌醇生产的新趋势。
The research on recent development of inositol was reviewed, especially, on its functions, applications and research of . production. On the basis of analyzing product ways and development prospect about inositol, the paper predicted fermentation way was a new trend in inositol production.
