摘要
采用离子电弧镀的方法在Ni3 Al基合金IC6上涂覆了NiCrAlY ,NiCoCrAlY及NiCoCrAlYHf 3种MCrAlX涂层 ,测试了IC6合金及其涂层 90 0℃时的抗热腐蚀性能。利用电子探针、SEM、X射线等手段观察了腐蚀试样的微观结构 ,分析了腐蚀产物的组成 ,探讨了IC6合金及其涂层的腐蚀机理。结果表明 :3种涂层均使IC6合金的抗热腐蚀性能有明显改善 ,NiCoCrAlYHf涂层的效果最为显著 ,表面氧化膜的酸性溶解是造成热腐蚀的主要原因。
NiCrAlY, NiCoCrAlY and NiCoCrAlYHf overlay coatings were deposited on Ni_3Al based alloy IC6 by arc PVD method, and the corrosion resistance of the coating and uncoated alloy IC6 at 900 ℃ were tested. The microstructures of the samples after hot corrosion for 100h were observed by EPMA, SEM and XRD, as well the corrosive was analyzed. The results show that all the three MCrAlY coatings make the corrosion resistance of alloy IC6 improved, and the effect of NiCoCrAlYHf coating is rather better. The main factor of hot corrosion is that the scales in the surface are dissolved by acid melt salt.
