摘要
晚近以来,投资条约的自由化法发展趋势令人瞩目,本文在分析自由化投资规则在各类投资条约中的演进过程后指出,国际投资规则在国际经济一体化浪潮下必将逐渐自由化,WTO将成为实现国际投资规则自由化的重要场所,但是这一过程必须以渐进的方式进行,并且必须在发达国家和发展中国家之间保持利益平衡.
Recently, international investment rules are developping with the tendency of liberal, which are promoted by developed countries through BITs and some multilateral investment treaties, developed countries also propose constitute MFA(Mumultilateral Frame Agreement on investment). Faced with the condition, developing countries should attach themselves to the negotiation in a positive attitude.
