摘要
湿化法是合成微波介质陶瓷行之有效的方法,其中,共沉淀法、水热法、溶胶-凝胶法以及柠檬酸盐法都能制得纯度高、粒径小、均匀度高具有良好微波性能的材料。本文综述了湿化学法制备微波介质陶瓷粉体的研究进展,并对存在的问题进行了分析。
Wet chemical methods are effective to prepare microwave dielectric ceramic.Coprecipitation,hydrothermal synthesis,sol-gel method and citrate method all can manufacture high pure ceramic with small size,well-distribution and good microwave property.In this paper,recent progress of these methods is summarized and the existing problem is analyzed.
