摘要
应用随机抽样方法对陕西省岐山县进行土壤有机质含量、施肥量、灌水等环境因素调查和分析.结果表明:基础地力、肥水状况等许多因素均能影响冬小麦蛋白质含量,基础地力和肥料投入是同时获高产、优质的前提和保证.缺水旱地小麦可能获得较高的蛋白质含量但低产;灌水不但影响到小麦产量,同时还影响到小麦产量和蛋白质含量之间的相关系数.
Sampling survey method was carried out to analyze the soil environmental factors that influence the protein content of winter wheat, including soil organic matter, irrigation and fertilization in Qishan county, Shaanxi province. The result showed that all of the 3 factors influenced the protein content of wheat. The basic soil productivity and fertilization were the premise of gaining both high grain yield and high quality of wheat. A higher wheat protein content might be obtained on land with low rate of irrigation but the wheat yield is low. The wheat yield as well as coefficient of correlation between wheat yield and protein content were influenced by irrigation.
