摘要
目的 :观察光固化流动复合树脂封闭法预防正畸托槽周边牙釉质脱矿的疗效。方法 :实验组前牙托槽周边的牙釉质用光固化流动复合树脂封闭 ,而对照组不作封闭。治疗结束后比较两组牙釉质脱矿的差异。将 2 6颗离体前磨牙随机均分为 2组 ,即 (1) single bond流动复合树脂组 ;(2 )京津釉质粘接剂组 ,从每组中随机抽取 10颗样本 ,检测各组材料的粘接抗剪强度 ;剩余 6颗样本用以在扫描电镜下观察不同材料与牙釉质形成的粘接面。结果 :实验组牙釉质脱矿减少 ,有显著性差异。 2组粘接抗剪强度为 :(1)组 (13.6 4± 11.0 6 ) MPa,(2 )组 (2 0 .30± 1.83) MPa[(1) vs(2 )组 P<0 .0 1]。sin-gle bond流动复合树脂在牙釉质表面能形成树脂突。结论 :光固化流动复合树脂封闭正畸托槽周边的牙釉质 ,能有效预防在正畸治疗过程中牙釉质脱矿。
Objective:To observe the effect of enamel sealing method with flowable composite resin to prevent decalcification during orthodontic treatment.Methods:A total of 116 orthodontic patients were enrolled.Their left or right maxillary anterior teeth were randomly chosen to seal the enamel around the brackets with flowable composite resin(single bond)(experimental group),while the other anterior teeth did not undergo the enamel sealing(control group).Twenty-six extracted premolars were also randomly divided into single bond group and Jingjin enamel adhesive group.Ten samples were randomly chosen from each group to evaluate their shear bond strength,and the remainder were used to observe their interface by scanning electron microscope.Results:The enamel decalcification was obviously reduced in experimental group in comparison with control group(P<0.01).The shear bond strength in Jingjin enamel adhesive group was superior to that in Single bond group [(20.30±1.83)MPa]vs(13.64±11.06)MPa.P<0.01].Flowable composite resin formed resin tags on the enamel surface..Flowable composite resin formed resin tags on the enamel surface.Conclusion:Sealing the enamel around the brackets with flowable composite resin is able to prevent the enamel decalcification during orthodontic treatment.
