摘要
为了检测双电机单元光纤定位机构的定位误差 ,搭建了光学检测装置 ,用CCD相机对光纤头进行拍照来确定光纤在空间的准确位置 对光纤的重复性定位误差和到目标点的误差进行了检测。实验结果表明这一机构能够满足LAMOST工程对光纤定位的小于 40
Through optical examination equip, we examine the acc ur acy analyzing of optical fiber positioning unit device with two electromotors, u sing the CCD camera take photo to fiber-optic head certain fiber optic at space. Experiment result elucidation:the standard deviation of repeat error and positi oning error less than 40 microns, the positioning precision of this system can r each demand.
