摘要
采用纳米粉掺杂烧结制备了Y2 O3 -ZrO2 陶瓷。测试发现 ,纳米粉的掺入在一定程度上可以使烧结体的密度和硬度得到提高。SEM和EDS分析表明 ,烧结体表面比较平滑 ,元素分布比较均匀 。
Nanopowders-doped Y 2O 3-ZrO 2 ceramics were pr epared. Measurement results showed that the density and hardness of the sinters prepared by doping Y 2O 3-ZrO 2 nanopowders were increased. SEM and EDS phot os indicated the surfaces of the sinters were smooth, and the rather small micro pores were found on the surfaces of the sinters.
