摘要
制备了ZnSe晶体 ,对其生长和加工工艺进行了研究 ,提出了一些合理的解决办法。测试结果表明 。
ZnSe crystal was synthesized. It's crystal growth an d processing technology have been tested. Some good methods have proposed . Determ ined result show that the ZnSe crystal can be used in Infrared window materials now.
