摘要
目的 观察氯丙烯亚慢性染毒对大鼠神经行为功能的影响。方法 选用雄性Wistar大鼠分别以 10 0或 2 0 0mg kg剂量灌胃 ,3次 周 ,连续 3个月 ,定期测量大鼠热感觉、压痛阈值、后肢撑力和倒挂网格等指标。结果 氯丙烯亚慢性染毒后大鼠热感觉传导时间缩短 (甩尾实验低剂量组缩短 3 3 0 % ,高剂量组缩短 3 6 8% ,热板仪实验低剂量组缩短 10 9% ,高剂量组缩短 16 7% ) ,压痛阈值增加 (低剂量组增加 9 1% ,高剂量组增加 16 7% ) ,后肢支撑力减少 (低剂量组减少14 6% ,高剂量组减少 2 3 4% ) ,倒挂网格时间缩短 (低剂量组缩短 16 7% ,高剂量组缩短 2 2 5 % ) ,与正常对照组相比 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 氯丙烯亚慢性染毒可引起大鼠热感觉传导时间缩短。
Objective To observe Allyl Chloride(AC)-induced neurobehavioral effects in subchronic AC-treated rats.Methods 60 male Wister rats were divided randomly into control,low-dose,high-dose groups.The rats in low-dose,high-dose groups were administered 100,200 mg/kg AC dissolved in vegetable oil respectively by gavage 3 times per week,and the rats in control group were given only vegetable oil.The experiment lasted for 3 months.The heat-sense,pain-threshold,support-strength of hind limbs,endurance of hang on gridding of rats were measured timely.Results The results showed that there were significant reduction in heat-sense (low-dose-group decreased by 33^0% and high-dose-group decreased by 36^8% in tail-throw experiment,low-dose-group decreased by 10^9% and high-dose-group decreased by 16^7% in hot-board experiment),significant increase in pain-threshold(low-dose-group in creased by 9^1% and high-dose-group decreased by 16^7%).The significant reductions were also found in support-strength of hind limbs(low-dose-group decreasd by 14^6% and high-dose-group decreased by 23^4%),and time of hang on gridding (low-dose-group decreased by 16^7% and high-dose-group decreased by 22^5%).Conclusion Ac can induce reduction of heat-sense,decrease of motor-never-function and muscle-strength endurance in subchronically treated rats.
