摘要
设计实现了一种飞机飞行控制系统地面试验的通用测试和分析系统,系统软硬件均采用了模块化的设计技术,详细介绍了系统的硬件组成、软件架构,硬件系统采用通用计算机为主控平台,测试仪器以VXI、GPIB设备为主,研制了通用的信号调理转接组合,软件设计采用了多线程、多进程技术和网络数据库技术,各个功能模块既可以独立运行于网络节点,也可以协同工作,系统支持了任意公式定义、计算处理功能,图形任意取点分析等通用分析功能,同时完成了数字多用表、存储示波器、XY记录仪、动态信号分析仪和频率响应控制仪等多种虚拟仪器功能,满足了飞控试验测试分析系统的需求。
A general-purpose measurement and analysis system for control systems of aircafts is designed and implemented.Modularization technology is used for both hardware design and software design.Details of the hardware structure and the structure of measurement and analysis software are described.General-purpose PC is used as main controller,VXI and GPIB bus instruments are selected for measurement and ware generator,general-purpose SCPs and signal adaptors are designed and implemented.Multi-thread and/or Multi-progress technology are used for software design,network database worked as a datacenter between software modules.Formula and graph can be deal with according to the configuration of the user.Some Virtual Instruments are implemented.The requirement for test and analysis are fulfilled.
