摘要
选用 KH5 5 0、TMS等偶联剂对纳米 Mg进行活化处理后 ,将其与 PP熔融共混制备了纳米 Mg/PP复合材料。力学性能测试结果表明 ,钛酸酯类偶联剂 TMS对纳米 Mg的活化效果好于硅烷类的 KH5 5 0 ,TMS的最佳用量为填料质量的 2 %。通过 FTIR光谱分析了 TMS与纳米
Nano Mg/PP composites were prepared by mixing polypropylene and nano magnesium powder modified with silicane and titanate coupling agents.The modification effect of titanate coupling agent is better than that of silicane,and results in good mechanical properties. The experiment result shows that 2 % of TMS is an optimal content for the composite. The infrared spectroscopy analysis confirms that chemistry bonds are built up between nano magnesium particle and TMS.
