摘要
通过对导引与体操在起源、发展、原理等方面的详细地对比,证明中国古代的导引从属于现代体操范畴的观点是错误的,同时对形成这种观点的主要原因提出了作者自己的看法,希望能纠正人们对一些中国古代文化现象的错误认识。
By comparing the origins, development and theories of Daoyin and gymnastics, the paper proves that the opinion that ancient Chinese Daoyin is subordinate to modern gymnastics is wrong. Meanwhile, the author put forward his own opinion in the main reason of the wrong idea. It's hoped to correct people's misunderstanding of ancient Chinese culture.
