摘要
如何实现各成员企业资源共享与风险分担是虚拟企业必须面临的管理挑战。文章提出一个基于信任治理中心的虚拟企业资源池管理模型,通过建构信任治理中心来实现虚拟企业成员企业间资源的协调管理与控制。
It is a managerial challenge for a virtual business to realize shared resources and risk by its member firms. The essay proposes a model of resource pooling management for virtual business based on trust governance center, through which, the author believes, coordinate management of and control over the resources among its members could be realized.
