摘要
简要论述了用碳作还原剂冶炼 Si—Ca—Ba、Si—Ba 合金的原理及生产工艺。采用混合加料法在电炉中生产Si—Ca—Ba、Si—Ca 合金,其冶炼周期可达3个月以上.同时还介绍了这些合金在炼钢中的应用效果。
The principle and process technology for making Si-Ca-Ba andSi-Ba alloys using carbon as a reductant are simply described.These alloys were manufactur ed in a electric smelting furnace using the mixed charging process and campai- gn lenth of the smelting was more than three months.Results of use these alloys in steelmaking is also introduced.
