摘要
目的:观察睾丸扭转复位后损伤的进展变化。方法:以动物模型为研究对象,脂质过氧化物为检测指标,测定睾丸扭转不同时间及施行复位手术后的组织受损情况。结果:睾丸扭转时间越长,产生的脂质过氧化物含量越高。手术复位使脂质过氧化物的产量进一步上升。结论:单纯的睾丸扭转复位手术会加重组织损伤,应提倡手术同时选用有效的药物保护。
To observe the developing changes after reduction of the testicular torsion. Methods: To determine the concentrations of TBAR ( Thiobarbituric Acid Reactive Products of Lipid Peroxidation ) of the torted/detorted testes with animal models. Results: The products of TBAR were relative to the course of torsion. Reduction made them even higher. Conclusion: Pure operation of reduction of the torted testes would enhance the damage. Effective drugs should be used to protect the diseased tissue.
