摘要
目的:介绍应用离断指骨、神经急诊手指再造的临床效果。方法:对14例15指手指毁损性离断者,急诊采用离断的指骨、神经再造手指。结果:再造的手指全部成活。术后随诊1年～4年,再造手指血运丰富,外形满意,均恢复痛、温、触等保护性感觉。患手恢复了捏夹、抓握等基本功能。结论:急诊应用离断的指骨、神经再造手指对恢复手的功能有效。
To report treatment outcome of emergency reconstruction of fingers. Methods: 14 cases (15 lesions) of destructive amputation injury at fingers were involved in the study. The amputated finger bones were used to reconstruct fingers. Results: All reconstructed fingers survived successfully. Postoperative follow-up from 1 to 4 years excellent blood supply and normal shape of the reconstructed fingers. Conclusion: Emergency reconstruction of fingers using the amputated finger bones might be beneficial to functional restoration of destructive fingers.
