摘要
目的:介绍并讨论Wolter锁骨钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效及注意事项。方法:应用Wolter锁骨钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位11例。结果:11例均获随访,随访3月～27个月,平均17个月;按Karlssonw分级:优:8例,良:3例,差:0例。结论:该方法能有效恢复肩锁关节的稳定性及完整性,手术相对简单、时间缩短,恢复较快,预后患肢功能恢复佳。
To introduce and discuss the curative and points for attention for the applying Wolter clavicle plate for treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods: 11 cases suffered from acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated in this method. Results: All 11 cases were available followed for 3-27 months on average, excellent were 8, good were 3, poor was 0. Conclusion: The method could be effective recover the stability and integrity of acromioclavicular joint dislocation, and at the same time, it had many advantages, such as : easy and fast to operate, early recovery and excellent effective.
