摘要
目的:探讨液氨烧伤的特点和治疗措施。方法:对4批41例液氨烧伤患者的致伤原因、创面处理及解毒方法进行了分析和研究。结果:通过采用解毒,针对性创面处理,早期切痂植皮,41例患者全部治愈。结论:对于液氨烧伤,在治疗上应优前考虑解决中毒问题,包括氨气造成吸入性损伤创面处理以早期切痂植皮效果最好。
To study the specialties and care of burn caused by ammonia of liquid state. Methods: 41 cases (4 groups) of burns by ammonia of liquid state included in this report. The injury causes, wounds care and detoxication methods were analyzed and researched. Results: 41 cases were all cured by means of detoxification, special wound care with pertinence, early excision and skin graft. Conclusion: More attention should be paid to detoxification including the inhalation injury caused ammonia. Early excision should be also recommended.
