摘要
目的 :对威麦宁胶囊的疗效、安全性和副作用作出进一步科学的评价。方法 :选择临床诊断明确的非小细胞肺癌患者 ,单独用威麦宁胶囊进行治疗 ,不加任何其他抗肿瘤药物和特殊免疫制剂。结果与结论 :威麦宁胶囊具有一定的抗肿瘤作用 ,单用有效率 (CR+PR)为 8.3% ,可以明显改善肺癌患者咳嗽、咳痰、血痰、胸痛、发热等临床症状 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,并具有提高机体的免疫功能 (提高率 5 9.1% )和生存质量 (提高率 5 2 .1% )的作用。应用安全 ,对肺癌患者无明显毒副作用。
Objective:As part of phase Ⅲ clinical research and to make an advanced and scientific evaluation on the curative effects,the safety and side-effects of Wei Mai Ning Capsule were oberved.Methods:NSCLC patients diagnosed in hospital were treated by Wei Mai Ning Capsule alone without any other anti-cancer drugs or special immunity preparations.Results and Conclusions: Wei Mai Ning Capsule has certain anti-cancer effects with effective rate of 8.3 % when used alone,and can obviously improve the NSCLC patients' clinical symptoms such as cough, expectoration, blood sputum, chest pain and fever ( P <0.05) . Moreover, Wei Mai Ning Capsule can also improve the immunity functions(with increased rate of 59.1 %) and quality of life(QOL)(with increased rate of 52.1 %) in NSCLC patient significantly.It has no toxic effects and no obvious side-effect in clinical usage.
