新型藏药对快速进入高原者心电图改变的作用 被引量:3

EFFECTS OF TIBETAN MEDICINE ON ECG OF RECRUITS ACUTE EXPOSED TO HIGH ALTITUDE

摘要 目的 :研究藏药对部队进入高原增强习服的功效 ;方法 :1 71名进藏新兵 ,随机分为 6组 ,实验组用药分别为洛布桑胶囊、诺迪康胶囊、红景天胶囊、藏王宝胶囊、地奥心血康胶囊 ,空白对照组为医用淀粉胶囊 ,观察实验药物对进藏前后心电图的影响 ;结果 :进藏前实验组与对照组比较无差别 ,P >0 .0 5,进藏后对照组与各实验组心率、Q -T及QT TQ有显著差异 ;进藏后心率增快 ,Q -T、QT TQ比值增大 ,对照组与实验组存有显著差别 ,P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ;结论 :5种药物对心电图参数均有干预作用 ,以诺迪康、红景天及洛布桑作用较为显著 。 Objective: In order to find new more effective drugs to against the high altitude hypoxia for people acute exposed to high altitude.Methods: Five Tibetan or Chinese herb drugs were selected as test sample. 171 recruits, who had reached to altitude of 3 900m by airplane from lowland, were divided randomly into six groups in Luobusang group, Luodikang group, Zangwangbao group, Hongjingtian group, Di'ao xinxuekang group and placebo group (control group). The drug was given before 3 days exposed-altitude up to after 3 days exposed-altitude in every group but the control group respectively. The ECG was recorded before and after they entered high altitude.Result: No difference in ECG before entering high altitude between the test and control groups ( P ≥0.05) but the heart rate was faster, Q-T and Q-T/T-Q ratio increased, and the amplitude of RS wave decreased after exposing high altitude in the control group compared with those in the test groups ( P <0.05-0.01). Conclusion: The Tibetan medicines (above five drugs) have anti-hypoxic effect at different degree, and the effects of Hongjingtian and Luodikang are superior to the others.
