摘要
目的 :探讨“接骨灵胶囊”在治疗高原创伤性骨折中的临床效果 ;方法 :本组用“接骨灵胶囊”治疗创伤性骨折共 1 0 3 8例 ,无论是手术或非手术病人都常规服用 ,每服一疗程后X线照片了解骨痂生长及骨折愈合情况 ;结果 :随访 997例 ,平均随访时间 4.8年 ,治愈 969例 ,治愈率为 97.2 % ;结论 :高原地区骨折延迟愈合的发生率高 ,用“接骨灵胶囊”治疗高原创伤性骨折 ,骨折愈合时间明显提前 ,效果显著 。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic efficacy of the “Jie Guling” capsule on traumatic fracture in altiplano. Methods: The traditional Chinese medicine “Jie Guling” capsule was taken orally routinely in the 1 038 cases (including operative patients and non-operative patients) with traumatic fracture. The x-ray observed the aspects of callus and the fracture healing. Results: 969 of 997 cases followed up for an average period of 4.8 years were healed and the healing rate achieved 97.2%. Conclusion: It is effective to take the capsule named “Jie Guling” orally for treating the traumatic fracture in altiplano, because it promotes fracture healing and develops a new pathway to treat the traumatic fracture in altiplano.
