摘要
中国经济体制改革最后一道难关指国有企业改革攻坚战。突破这道难关,必须回答三个基本理论问题:国家所有制是不是社会化大生产的产物;国家所有制是不是公有制的实现形式;国家所有制是不是政府调控市场的有效手段?
The reform of the state-owned enterprises is the last obstacle in the process of restructuring China's eco- nomic system.In order to overcome this obstacle,three basic academic issues must be answered.Is state-owned policy originated from the socialized production?Is state-owned policy the actual form of the public-owned policy?Is state- owned policy the effective means for the government to regulating and controlling the market?
